Refund & Return Policy

As all products at Cultured are individually printed on demand, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with §312g Para. 2 No. 1 BGB (Germany/EU) and Art. 40 OR (Switzerland).

No Returns or Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. As our T-shirts are individually printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at cultured@gmx.com with a photo of the issue. We will send you a free replacement at no additional cost.
