1. Scope These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the Cultured online store (culturedshirts.myshopify.com).

2. Contract By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and Payment All prices are listed in CHF. Payment is processed through the methods available at checkout.

4. Delivery We deliver to the address provided at the time of order. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns Please refer to our separate refund policy. We do not accept returns.

6. Governing Law Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
